These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tara ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Tara, you agree to these Terms. This Terms of Use Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, and any documents, policies, rules and other terms that are expressly incorporated herein by reference (collectively, this "Agreement"), sets forth a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and tara, and governs, and explains, the terms by which you may use our website and/or our web-based or mobile applications (collectively, the "Site").
Tara is a course and community platform for new moms. Users can access features by purchasing a course or subscribing to a monthly plan.
This Site is not intended for the use of children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. This Site is also not intended for any users residing outside of the United States of America.
To maintain a positive environment, users must adhere to the following:
All purchases, including subscriptions and courses, are final.
No refunds are provided after 2 months from the date of purchase.
Any disputes arising from the use of Tara will be resolved through arbitration, not lawsuits, to minimize legal costs and ensure a fair resolution.
As part of signing up for our app, we may send you various communications related to your account. These communications may include a one-time password for signing in, content reminders when you've enrolled in a course, notifications of activity from our community specific to you, and other product-related messages ("Communications"). We use electronic forms of communication, including but not limited to: (1) emails to the address provided during onboarding, and (2) short message service ("SMS") text messages to the mobile number provided during sign-up.
The wireless carriers used to send SMS messages from tara are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to update your phone number with tara to continue receiving messages. tara cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of SMS messages, as there is a risk of interception by third parties. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying with "STOP" to any message from tara. Upon receipt of your "STOP" message, we will send a confirmation SMS to verify that you have been unsubscribed from SMS messages. Opting out of receiving SMS messages will not impact your access to the tara app.
If you want to resume SMS messaging, simply reply to any message from tara with "START." If you encounter any issues with the messaging system, you can reply to any message with "HELP" or contact support@withtara.com for assistance.
