Tara Health Technology, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our product. Capitalized terms that are not defined herein have the meanings given them in the Terms of Use.

5. Compliance with Privacy Laws

We comply with CCPA for users in California, allowing them to access, delete, or opt out of their data collection.

We do not comply with GDPR, as our services are available only in the United States.
