Care Partners with Tara
Clinical care stays exactly where it belongs. Tara holds the everyday space in between — evidence-based prevention, proactive follow-up, and connection to trusted care from pregnancy through early motherhood.
24/7 support for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
The gap
Our support systems are failing moms. But not because there aren't enough providers or good intentions. It's failing because support is fragmented — and doesn't reach moms in the moments that matter most.
“I feel like I've been up for 3 days straight. My baby isn't sleeping and I'm really losing it.”
Tara meets moms exactly in the parenting challenges and everyday stressors before overwhelm turns to crisis.
Studies estimate unaddressed maternal mental health conditions cost about $14 billion in added medical and workplace costs with lasting effects on children's behavioral health.
Support today
A few scheduled points of contact.
The 6 week postpartum check-up, the well child visit. Then weeks of silence through the 3 a.m. feeds, the intrusive thoughts, the return to work, the identity shift.
Support with Tara
A continuous line beneath all of it.
Tara holds the everyday space. There with support for the late night worries or personalized child development tips.

Why Tara exists
Dr. Katrina Roundfield is a mom and a Yale-trained psychologist and former UCSF professor who spent her career studying why evidence-based care so rarely reaches families. Tara is her answer: the support she couldn't find between her own appointments, grounded in the science she's spent two decades practicing.
Experts review Tara's guidance for safety and quality. Tara does not diagnose, treat, or provide emergency care.
